The user is at the center of everything I do, but I also believe even mundane moments deserve delight. I combine data-driven insights with real user feedback to see the full picture – the numbers tell you what’s happening, but people tell you why. I don’t think design is more important than product or engineering. We’re equal partners, and I believe designer should wear all three hats.
